Mike Dycus

Mike Dycus is a Partner at Benchmark Executive Search, bringing over 25 years of expertise in executive recruitment. He has successfully placed more than 400 executives in critical C-Suite, Board, General Management, Go-to-Market, and Technology positions across public, private equity, venture capital, and growth equity organization. Prior to joining Benchmark Executive Search in 2018, where he now focuses on recruiting executive leaders for National Security and dual-use technology companies, Mike held significant roles within the Technology Practices of Ray & Berndtson, Heidrick & Struggles, and Russell Reynolds. He also co-founded McCurdy Associates, a boutique search firm, and served as a Principal at Kingsley Gate Partners. Mike holds a BS degree from Texas Christian University and is based in Dallas, TX.
