Jill Singer leads AT&T Government Solutions’ business activities across the national security community, overseeing the delivery of strategic technology solutions and services to national security agencies across the Federal marketplace. In her twenty-nine years of U.S. Federal Government and industry experience, Jill has focused on delivering the information, technology, and infrastructure necessary for her customers to effectively execute their missions.

Before joining AT&T, Ms. Singer was a partner with Deep Water Point, providing federal clients with services spanning transformation, strategy, leadership, and technology. Previously, she was chief information officer (CIO) for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), part of the National Foreign Intelligence Program and deputy CIO for the Central Intelligence Agency. Additional senior leadership positions within the federal government include director of the Diplomatic Telecommunications Service, US Department of State, and chief of systems engineering, architecture, and planning for the Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA) global infrastructure organization. Jill has also held industry positions with Science Applications International Corporation, Inc. (SAIC), GE Aerospace, and IBM.

Ms. Singer earned a BS in computer science and an MS in systems analysis from the University of West Florida and graduated from several leadership programs, including the Federal Executive Leadership Program and the University of Virginia’s (UVA) Executive Leaders Program. She currently serves as an executive-on-ground for the UVA McIntire School of Commerce and is co-chair of the AFCEA International Cyber Committee. Her numerous awards include induction into the Executive Mosaic Wash100 (2014). Jill is also an accomplished speaker and published author.
